"First of all, I wanna thank my insurance agent Sydney Moore. Once I made the call to State Farm and I talked to her, I didn’t wanna talk to another insurance agent ever. She knew exactly what I needed and she didn’t try to sell or recommend extra stuff that I didn’t need. She was very courteous and very professional. She got right to it and I didn’t have any problems. I will be going back to see them for other insurance needs in the future but I highly recommend, anybody looking for any type of insurance give this State Farm branch a call. "I’ve only been with State Farm for about a year now. Today I got a courtesy call from Sidney to update if needed, on my Homeowners and Vehicle Insurance. My car insurance premium went down to my surprise and that was the first time ever for me. Also this young lady, Sydney was such a pleasure to work with. She discussed several things that would be to my benefit. If I wasn’t quite sure about what she was explaining to me she had no problem going over it with me again. Insurance is a little hard to understand for older people as I but so much easier when you get someone that has such a great attitude.She is very knowledgeable and I feel an asset to Stare Farm Insurance. She definitely is a keeper."
